We have played some pretty amazing venues in Colorado. With elegant blends of luxury and history, the Broadmoor Hotel sets the bar for Colorado wedding venues. Our jazz trio played a cocktail hour set and then we headed over to the ballroom for the reception. The groomsmen were all Air Force and they know how to have a fun wedding reception. Take a look at their “surprise” dance! The song for cake cutting was “Happy” by Pharrell Williams and of course, the entire wedding party sang along.
From the first song until the end of the night- the dance floor was packed. They had asked for a few slow dances, but I knew THIS crowd was not going to have anything slow. Reading a crowd and playing what they want to dance is part of my job. If I don’t have a packed dance floor, I’m not doing my job!
